Starting in October, you can increase your muscle strength, tone up and improve your flexibility during yoga at Town Lake at McAllen’s Firemen’s Park. From October and onward for the rest of the year, you can release stress and tension in your body while being surrounded by the bliss and freshness of a beautiful lake!

Saturday Morning Yoga

From 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM, increase your physical movements and circulation with others. Saturday morning yoga sessions are suitable for any body type and skill level.

*A $5 payment is required and will be accepted at the H20 hut.

Yoga for Runners!

Every Wednesday in October from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, … inner calmness, peace and tranquility through breathing, meditation and stretching. Some of the benefits of practicing yoga include:

Make it a Fun-Filled Day at Town Lake!

Have you always wanted to try yoga? Don’t worry, Town Lake at Firemen’s Park in McAllen is welcoming everyone of any skill level for a day of fun and fitness. If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can also purchase one on-site for only $15. They will be available for purchase from Wednesdays through Sundays between 4:00 PM and sunset and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
