• Make time with your family for Boat & Fish on Town Lake at Firemen’s Park each day this weekend from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Saturday, September 28^th

• Tai Chi at the McAllen Nature Center will take place from 8:00 AM until 9:00 AM. There is a suggested donation fee of $1.
• Join Saturday Morning Art-Making at the McAllen Creative Incubator from 9:30 AM until 12:30 PM. There is a fee of $10 per workshop.
• Shop locally at the McAllen Farmers Market from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
• Have a swim “pawty” at Doggie Day at The Pool from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM. This event will be held at Los Encinos Pool with an entry fee of $2 per dog and $1 per person. There is a maximum of two dogs per owner and proof of current rabies vaccination is required.
• Enjoy a book reading and singalong at ¡Todos a Celebrar! It will be held at the McAllen Public Library from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
• Practice Yoga at the McAllen Farmers Market from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM.
• Spend your evening celebrating Semilla’s Two-Year Anniversary at Semilla Coffee Lab from 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM. It’ll be a night full of local vendors, live music, food, and more!

Sunday, September 29^th

• Enjoy a bike ride with the Sun & Ski Sports team during their Sunday Sapo Gravel Ride from 7:00 AM until 10:00 AM. Meet at their La Plaza Mall location and don’t forget your helmet and water bottle.
• Play, learn, shop, and explore at the RGV Kidz Expo! This event will be held at the McAllen Convention Center from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Admission is free for kids and there will be a $10 charge per adult.
• Learn how to block print at the Youth Art Class: Lino Cut Prints at IMAS from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM. The workshop registration is $10 for non-members. Click here to register.
