The Christmas Day Grand Buffet will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton at the McAllen Convention Center from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM. It will feature live entertainment by Ray Molina. The buffet includes roasted strip loin, spicy meatloaf, seared blackened salmon, and roasted ham.
