This agreement is to verify your participation in the February 10th Explore McAllen Market at Archer Park.
Vendors may have access to event space beginning 1 hour prior to the event.
Each vendor is responsible to bring their own tent, tent weights, tables, and chairs. *NO TENT STAKES*
Vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to a 10’x10’ display size. Larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinators. We will be set up in a grassy area.
Electricity is available but limited - Please let event coordinators know if you need electricity so they can assign an available area.
Each vendor must be aware of the permits and licenses required to sell their items. These licenses must be readily available for review if asked. Cottage law food handlers MUST have food in a closed and sealed container with a label.
Vendor location is assigned 2 days before event. At day of event, spaces will be marked with vendor name / logo.
Please adhere to all parking and set-up instructions. You will be able to unload with your vehicle at Archer park. After unloading, parking can be found across the street at McAllen Chamber of Commerce.
Vendors must pay the registration fee of $25 to reserve their space. Submission of this application does not reserve your space. Payment shall be made via Cash App - $ExploreMcAllen . Please contact event coordinators, Carlos Ibarra 956-207-4488 and Clarissa Martinez 956-651-8395. The last day to sign up for our market is 72 hours prior unless coordinated with us.
Vendor fees are non-refundable. Partial credit may be given if you have to cancel and notify us prior to the event. Please give 48-hour notice if you will not be able to participate in the market. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God, or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the market will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. If this event is can't be rescheduled full credit will be given.
Participation in the
February 10th Explore McAllen Market is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.
Explore McAllen and the City of McAllen is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers, or patrons are on the market premises. In addition, Explore McAllen assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for its products and product effects.
Vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the market.
