In McAllen, get into the spirit of Christmas at the newly announced attraction called FRIO! ™, “a winter wonderland of frozen fun and delight with real snow activities.” FRIO! ™ will open to the public on Wednesday, November 27th and will run every day until Monday, January 6th. The McAllen Tree Lighting Ceremony
Light up the holidays on Wednesday, November 27th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the McAllen Convention Center for our annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. New this year is Santa’s Circle illuminated Park! This 64 ft. tall pre-lit Christmas tree will be the largest in town.
This grand display of holiday cheer will stand tall and bright in Oval Park at the McAllen Convention Center from November 27th until January 6th. Wear your Christmas sweaters and take photos with Santa!

Santa’s Circle Illuminated Park
Santa’s Circle Illuminated Park will be held at the McAllen Convention Center from November 27th, 2019 until January 6th, 2020. It will be open daily with free admission to the public.
